Push Fix is only for Locked iPhone 3G. Use ActivateMMS2G.

You don't need to use Push Fix on offcial unlock iPhone 3G. Push Fix is only for Locked iPhone 3G units. Uninstall Push Fix, reboot and check if your Push Notification if working.

You're senior enough to find answers for yourself. Anyway, here's how it's done. Btw, this is from the first post of this thread.

5. How to add source?
Launch Cydia. Select Manage>Sources. Click edit and click Add. Input the URL and click done.

I'm afraid there's no option for adding more contacts as it will return to the msg page using the "+" feature. What you can do is to type the alphabet of your contacts on the "To" column and a list of names will appear below. This is much faster than pressing the + sign but you gotta press the alphabets everytime you wanna add more.
