QUOTE(kermit21 @ Feb 25 2015, 12:44 AM) Hi Bonsailelong sifu, Defoliate (removal all the leaves) flowers will follow after new leaves grow out. Try to expose yr Wrightia to as much sun light as possible.Happy Chinese New Year and Gong xi fa chai to you and your family. All the same with the rest of the forumers too. Sifu Bonsailelong, can i check with you any specific season when Wrightia white flower will grow? As for now, i can only see one incoming petal, but nothing else. QUOTE(elmer @ Mar 6 2015, 06:20 PM) Bought this bonsai from sungai buloh b4 cny. I put it in my porch without direct sunlight and now it has turn brown. Can anyone tell me what i can do? What is the name of this bonsai and how do i take care of it? This is Thailand small leaves Murraya. This specie require half sun condition. I think you must have hurt the roots during repotting or over application of fertilizer or completely dried up for a period. |

QUOTE(elmer @ Mar 7 2015, 03:50 PM) Thanks for the comments bonsai lelong. During repotting i didnt even remove the old soil. Just took the whole plant out and put in the new pot with soil and all. Waterong every day and indirect sun. Not sure what happened Oh! If infected with root disease, the leaves will also dry up. I suggest u check the root for any black colour root rot or white powder kind of fungus. |

QUOTE(Anders @ Mar 15 2015, 12:59 AM) Hi Bonsailelong, how do you control the leaf size to mini size? Mind to share Note: Refer to shui mei. Fully defoliate. Don't apply fertilizer but must water everyday. keep on doing this after each bloom. Mind to share your shui mei? This post has been edited by Bonsailelong: Mar 15 2015, 05:53 PM |

Hi Jayson, Your Juniper looks like has just been repotted. I suggest you don't do anything to it for the time been but just brush clean the stem surface. The Feroniella Lucida is a thorny and fast growing specie. You have trimmed and did some wiring. Just let it grow lah. Post a photo in 2-3 months times and see how it goes.
