use NSU.... should detect automatically whether your phone can be upgradable or not....

i felt that v30 firmware sucks alot of battery juice. one day already half bar gone liao. used a little of mobitubia, opera.

How do i setting the Garmin Mobile XT so i can hear the voice come out for direction?

it should came out automatically....
..check whether your garmin folder in your card have 'voice' folder....

oh, its not pre-install when i installed the things. nvm, i found the folder "voice" in my GARMIN folder at my hardisk. now i will transfer to my N82 Garmin folder.. thx a lot man..

Yes, first time installation, it is normal. Subsequent installation will be the font files (CP*.bin). Search in this V3 thread keyword "_paltbn" (actually is wrong spelling ) on how to hide the files.

Main Menu -> Where To -> Spell Name -> KLCC -> Go!
Wait till it found and lock onto satellites, calculate the route... and the voice navigation will come out.

I use NSS it cant detect my product code ... so how do i change my code ??
I even reinstall my current firmware, and unplug and plug again .. reinstall NSS ... still cannot. Here is the error :

no need to change product code wan. just wait for nokia to release the firmware for your product code.

now you rushing so much, i afraid later you brick your n82.

Check your network settings. After upgrade, I think it was reset to Dual mode (GSM and 3G). Previously, I've always set it to GSM by default since 016 don't have 3G services. Dual mode contribute to sucking the batts.

I don't have the voice file for Garmin, anyone know where to download? Only Garmin's voice can be used? Can I transfer Nokia map's voice?

If you follow the proper installation instructions, all files should be there.
Did you run the GarminMobileXTforSymbianS603rdEdition_50000.exe in your PC ?

What's that? I installed some sort of update files, so no voice files is included in that installation of mine.
