Jus get my modem today. Test at my workplace and the HSPDA signal is at full bar and is very stable. After work i'll test it at my house. Hope the outcome is positive also nod.gif

guys, how to use sms for d98 package? no luck sending sms until now...

what is the setting actually?

mine:
reports - disable
sms bear domain - CS preferred
validity - max
smc number - +60193900000

btw, i'm not using celcom e220 modem, i bought it from a forumer here...

D68 & D98 broadband data stand alone package does NOT include sms/call service, so you couldn't use sms/call service.

BOUGHT my huawei e220 modem last week. downloaded smthng and i think in this one particular week ALMOST 5gb data transferred i used....which is the first time ever in 3 months of subscription i managed to hit that number....with D68, im hoping my speed wont get throttled anytime soon sweat.gif. any latest updates about throttling if exceeded 5gb? still on?

Pay RM 68 during registration. Your first bill will includes prorate charges and stamp fee which you only need to pay around RM 14++ for that bill. You'll start paying RM 68 per month for the 2nd bill and onwards

Hmm, where do we have to connect the Huawei modem to? USB port on PC is it? I'm using an all-in-one WIFI router/modem for my home network, how can I do the same with the Huawei modem? sorry for the noob question biggrin.gif

haha i don't think my account will be capped...
tis all thanks to my modem...
coz a while after connected, the program will automaticly encounter error & close..
however, the connection is still on so i can surf & download any file of any size but
it won't be counted since the program was closed...

p/s if i was wrong then some1 please correct me

Actually Celcom system will still count the data for whole month even though the modem program got errors. tongue.gif

yeap, they lock it so that only can use celcom sim card...
however if u know how to unlock it then u can use other sim card
