Smooth =/= friction dude...
For example, the ss pad, its quick, slick, or low friction, but its surface certainly isnt smooth, its grainy and riugh, but no doubt its a fast surface~

I still confused whether buy Siberia full-set or 5H v2. 5H v2 cons: Design freaking sucks, and not good for any other purposes beside gaming purpose.

The SX is a lil too pricey. Anything else besides the steelseries can perform similar to that like the destructor?

Haha...Looks like best all-rounder is the Qck. I read one of the reviews that the Ikari Laser has a problem with the SX. What is the lowest price for the SX at the moment? Would like something similar to ExactMat.

SteelSeries Siberia Neckband Headset
SteelSeries Siberia Neckband Headset highlights:

- Developed for gaming and music
- Retractable microphone
- Full-size neckband design
- Xbox 360 compatible

The original Siberia Full-size Headset was released in late 2004 and instantly became a smash-hit among leading professional gamers. The product was the first professional gaming headset to fully cover the users' ears, adding new levels of comfort to audio products for gamers.

The new SteelSeries Siberia Neckband Headset features a similar eye-catching visual design, as well as the popular white theme, that made the original Siberia headset so popular. The comfort and soundscape in the SteelSeries Siberia Neckband Headset was fine-tuned with the help of professional gamers, electronic DJ's and rock musicians.

The combined input and feedback from this broad range of picky audiophiles helped create a soundscape optimized for a multitude of uses. Final sound optimizations for gaming were done with the help of Abdisamad ‘SpawN' Mohamed, one of the world's most accomplished Counter-Strike players with 12 major international grand-slam championship titles and “Best of Class" awards by leading eSport sites in 2004, 2005 and 2006.

The headset also plugs directly into the Xbox 360 controller, where in-game sound and voice communication can be combined.

I like the neckband is becos of the retractable microphone. I dont like the clipping microphone, prefer all in 1, so no need so much hassle. but will the sound far more superior than my razer piranha? Razer piranha bad is not that comfy, but the sound quality in fact is superb, at least far beyond normal headphone la.

Btw, the headset is really comfortable to wear, it doesn't press your ear.
