Try OC WAX spray on wipe off & walk away - i only need 10 minutes to wax a car...so easy & effortlessly that I can do it monthly without sweat & get my car well protected & dont be fooled into thousand $$$$$$$ & rotary waxing - wax is wax just applied on with hands & walk away - other patse more effort but now u have a choice to wash in 20 minutes with onr & wax in 10 & get done in 30 mins

no worries - learn how to do it yourself buddy & needless to fear of dependency

Sifu's and brothers, is this Turtle Wax f21 Car Wash any good?

Used it before. i never bothered to buy again. No Suds. doesnt really clean well. if you must get a cheap(ish) shampoo, I'd suggest you get Meg's NXT wash. i got mine at a discount.

Guys, How do you remove a sealant wax off from a car?
reason im asking this is, I've recently applied a spray sealant to my car. I want to try another product which is carnauba based.

The only Turtle Wax shampoo which I think is good is the Platinum Series, slick and lots of suds

I'm using the turtle wax ice shampoo, though it suds fine but I'm looking at sonax carwash. Heard that it is slippery akin to washing like butter

hi buddy, OPC can remove sealants/waxes on your car. is a all purpose cleaner you ever needed, its safe for your clear coat too! (non-acidic based)

dust found everywhere after a long journey back from penang, the rims are also need to be detailed properly as well. i choose OPC dilute 1:5 for deeper washing and at the same time it can remove the layer of wax that i applied.

hmm.. whats the ratio to use? previously I've used it on a bird poo and it left a mark (a clean surface) on my paint. had to use cleaner wax to clean up the whole hood cause was afraid that OPC might be too harsh on the paint. BTW mixture i used was 1:10 (my APC solution for leather and etc.)

hi buddy, i use different ratio at different condition. most recommended ratio is

1:3 - engine/rims
1:5 - interior/leather
1:8 - exterior/clear coat
use full concentration if needed (optional)

opc wont be harsh on clear coat cause its non acidic-based cleaner compare to other degreaser/multi-purpose cleaner. opc is safe for clear coat too. may i know how you use the opc? did you rinse with water immediately after opc? did you work on a hot surface? did you let opc dry on the surface?

cant recall. it was quite some time ago.
I think it was like this. I sprayed it on, left it for 30secs or so and then rinsed the bird poo off.

The solution didnt dry. It was still in liquid form when I rinsed it off. left a nice streak on the bonnet. LOL. I guess my paint was dirty at that time.

bro
OPC is the safest cleaner for paint as it is polymer base & recommended 1:3 ratio & the key is to rinse immediately otherwise
OPC again & rinse off

hang on a night
will give u a kaw kaw pic

Hi Sifus

I'm having trouble deciding which wax to buy for my car.
Meguiar's Gold Class Carnauba Wax or Ultimate Wax.

This is my first time waxing my car, so I would like your feedback on these two products or any recommendations of others.

Thank you.

Alright I will give it a try.
BTW if the OPC hits those plastic surface which I have applied some protectant, do i need to re-apply those again?
