Got a pretty nasty looking scrape at the fender. Any idea how to fix? Is painting over it the only option?

QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Jun 11 2011, 04:06 AM) Got a pretty nasty looking scrape at the fender. Any idea how to fix? Is painting over it the only option? Hi sweet puffThanks for asking if u got some power clean - spray on a little damp MF & slowly wipe it off - repeat as necessarily (as it is safe for clear coat) be careful of using some aggressive compound (which is so aggressive that u not only gonna remove yr transference but yr paint as well) i reckon it is a paint transference - as you can have 2 colour base coat on yr blue paint... not to worry - once you remove this transference - u may find some scuff - it is ok (the main thing is to remove this alien residue from yr paint coat if u are not sure call me Have fun buddy eg of compund here |
