hmmmm..im from melaka but i honestly feel melaka never really about scenery..its just about food and history..

thats a bit mainstream la, but she's interested then bring her go Stadthuys lo..

for river boat i would suggest u to go at night, i would say its a nice to try thingy if u have extra time.

If you arriving in the morning, you can visit 1)clock tower, 2)Stadhuys and 3) A'Farmosa. When the sun start to sets high, walk into 4) Dataran Pahlawan to cool down, you can shop opposite 5) mahkota parade too, you can take your lunch there or halal Ee ji ban chicken rice ball at melaka raya. Evening when its not hot, you can opt for a 6) decorative beca with loud music to take you around melaka and there also an observation tower call 7) Taming Sari that you can ride on. Then walk to the 8) wooden portuguese ship for photo session. Around 7pm go 8) portuguses settlement for dinner. You may skip portuguese for capitol satay celop if you re a non-muslim. After dinner go 9) jonker walk jalan jalan (Jonker walk open only on Fri/Sat/Sunday) at the same time you can take the 10) river cruise. All the Place i listed are walkable except portuguse settlement. This is how I become a part time tour guide if my friends come over lol. You may follow the numbering sequence. I suggest you park your car around clock tower or jonker walk area cos that is your starting and ending point, both place are close by. Happy holiday!

May i know good and affordable private hospital in melacca for my father medical check up?  thank you
*
There are only a handful of private hospitals in Melaka:-
* Mahkota Medical Centre
* Pantai Hospital Melaka
* Putra Hospital Melaka
* Oriental Hospital Melaka

Out of the above, Putra and Oriental should be more affordable while Pantai should be quite close. Mahkota is usually the more expensive one.

Thank you.  Is Putra and Oriental comparable with Adventist in Penang? Do I need to do pre appointment with them?
*
I'm not familiar with the hospitals in Penang so I am not too sure about that.

It is always recommended to have an appointment but Oriental is usually less busy (as they are the newest) so you may be able to go without one.

if u wan nice Ikan Bakar, go to those Malay Village..Its a lot more nicer than Portuguese Settlement.

Google Seri Muara Alai Hj.Nasir Ikan Bakar or Ikan Bakar Umbai Melaka.

Its just 20-30 mins driving distance away from city..guarantee you worth the visit coz they have a lot of nice seafood too.
