Yup, so true. anywhere else and the satay babi is marinated differently, without the sinful middle piece of FAT, and
different satay sauce, whereas Melaka's got pineapple bits!

A very informative and helpful thread about delicious food in Melaka!! rclxms.gif thumbup.gif

I'll be traveling to Melaka this Monday (tomorow) 2D 1N - tight budget & first time visiting Melaka. I did some basic research and compiled the following places of interest to visit. I hope fellow travelers can give some recommendation about the following places and also add in some other great place not listed here. I love nature and hope to explore Melaka's floras and faunas - any suggestion?

a) Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, Jalan Tukang Emas
b) Christ Church, Jalan Laksamana
c) St. Francis Xavier's Church, Jalan Laksamana
d) St. Paul Church, Jalan Kota
e) Museum of history & ethnografi
f) 8 Heeren Street
g) Dutch Square (Red Clock Tower)
h) Hang Jebat Mausoleum, Jalan Kg. Kuli
i) Porta de Santiago
j) Stadhuys
k) Eng Choon Association
l) Jalan Tukang Besi
m) Jalan Hang Jebat/Jonker Street
n) Baba House
o) Choice Shop (baazar)
p) The Orang Utan House

Attached Image
Plan to visit these A = Attractions as listed in the Google Map

Cheers!
