guys,
Have you head about Big Onscreen Keyboard for P1i? Did anyone has successfully installed it? I tried but no luck.
If you're asking about the Big Keyboard hack, it is actually meant for P990 users. What the hack creator did was take the P1i's onscreen keyboard and give it to the P990s (cos supposedly they have smaller ones). So what you did was replace your old onscreen keyboard with.... the same onscreen keyboard.

Dear all,
I am planning to change my E61i to P1i. However, even though i had flip through all the forum, i still can't find exact answer to my question. I just wanna know, do P1i support local sync with microsoft outlook 2007, especially the mail. In my office, I am constantly download my mail to the desktop computer. I need it to sync to my pda phone so I can view and reply it while on the road, and sync back and send while i am in my office again. I only found about the push mail, which i don't need it. Currently my E61i cannot sync the outlook mail locally, which became totally useless to my. My previous palm can easily sync all my contact, calendar, note and mail from outlook, but E61i totally fail my on this. Please, anybody can confirm me whether P1i can sync to outlook mail locally or not?
I have not tried it myself but my friend has. There was one time he hacked something wrongly and then he couldn't sync his PC and phone emails. So upset until he reflashed the phone firmware -- and it was good again. So in conclusion, I've seen it can be done.
Good luck.

Sorry guys, if my questions don't sound sensible but I'm really clueless on how to operate it, just got my P1i in hands, still unfamiliar with everything.

My first question is how to set the alarm clock? Couldn't find it anywhere.

Still using my previous Samsung phone for alarm purpose.
My second question, is there any way for me to view all my pictures in one shot by not pressing "back button" after a picture is viewed and then select for the next picture?
My third question is kinda similar to the second question but it is for for my music, do I need to press "back button" every time after a song is played just to select for the next song? p/s: I have not modded it to Walkman 3.0.

Those for now and thanks in advance.

2) If you view your picture through the File Manager, then you can't. What you actually need to do is Multimedie -> Picture gallery. Click on a picture, then tap the onscreen UP / DOWN buttons, or use your jog dial. Works in expanded mode too.
3) In my humble opinion, I think the fastest way is to update all the songs in your phone (More -> Update music), then play the songs under Tracks. You can select the first song to start playing, then it will continue in sequential order (you can randomise the play oder too). So unless you want to choose the order of your songs in particular, you shouldn't need to always press the back button after each song.
Good luck.
