Hoho, been messing around with the Blackberry eh! Did the same myself, and came to this conclusions. In order of 'lagi drastik punya effect', you could:
1) If you backed up your phone SETTINGS using pc suite (to a point before you activated the blackberry), you can restore them. This is the easiest step.
2) Master reset the phone. I think someone mentioned before that this works...
3) Reflash your phone firmware. Same effect as reformatting your computer and reinstalling the OS.

Somehow or other, once you activate Blackberry, there is no option for you to disable the icon. Good luck!

EDIT: Found this on another site. Is it that simple?
"if you have not figured it out yet go to the SETTINGS option in the Blacberry screen and then highlight the AUTOSTART option. This is a dropdown with ENABLE and DISABLE options. Select DISABLE, switch off your phone and when you repower all will be good. Did this with mine last nite and it is fine."

Alamak... first time my P1i giving me problem (bad phone! naughty phone!). I just got a bluetooth headset and have been trying out the voice dialing (pretty cool). Then today I had to restart the phone, and now:
a) my DreamConnect won't work ("contacts database not ready" even after 3 hours).
b) SMSes in my inbox don't show who they're from (only show the number).
c) incoming calls only show the number (not the name of the contact).

Am I the only one with this issue? Aiyo...

Fring asks for your number cos they'll sms you the link to the file to be downloaded OR you can just look for the hyperlink that will let you download the file to your PC anyway.

Speed tweaker, I noticed a *slight* increase in speed when opening my inbox. But no bad effects, if that's what you're asking.

Connect to it as PHONE MODE (not FILE TRANSFER).

The file 1.py was required previously. Now, with CapsSwitch installed, 1.py is not required. Just set "Capabilities OFF" and then copy the content INSIDE from the Walkman Hack folder to the corresponding directory on C:\ (phone).

Hello, if you're using windows you can sync your computer's address book with your phone's. Then you can edit them from there. Or you can try "floAt's Mobile Agent". Good luck.

Yes it is perfectly okay for you to do so. In fact, if you want to update your phone firmware you *need* to connect it to the PC with the USB cable.

Restart the phone and see?

Yes you need to manually set the mood for each song. Then you can choose a mood to play, and the phone will only play songs set with that mood.

Try the Quickoffice V4 upgrade on the first page. I check mine and it allows you to insert new rows.

Suggestions:
1) Restart phone?
2) Reinstall the Quickoffice V4 upgrade again.

Check the section under "problems" for "Iphonelock 0.5" on the first page.
