4 types if based on the combination u want
1. Inverter Ionizer
2. Non Inverter Ionizer
3. Inverter Non-Ionizer
4. Non Inverter Non-Ionizer

I checked it seems like latest model don't have ionizer,
they have nanoe-G, but i am not sure if inside got ionizer function or not.

Probably ionizer no more useful so panasonic took them out.

living room and dining room and dry kitchen is linked up together,
so that's the problem here, so need 2.5HP at least.
I probably might install one aircon at dry kitchen later on depends on the usage in future.
Wet kitchen then is separated by a sliding door.

Personally I just need to cool down the temperature, don't need to be like in Alaska, so 2.5HP probably is enough.
I already ask main contractor to install the inverter pipe for 2.5HP link from living hall and the compressor i am going to keep at 20 feets away from the living hall (wall beside the master bed room).

if your house is too far from the branch here, I guess RM50+ is quite OK, they probably charge u the same for transportation too.

I would recommend using 2 unit of 1HP. 2.5HP will use a lot of electricity

If the Ac is under-spec it will use more electricity. Because it need to run longer to achieve the cooling state. If over spec you can still adjust the temperature to higher, of course not too much over spec.  My living area and dining area are join, I use 2hp for living area and 1hp for dining area. Usually only switch in the 2hp if we just watch TV and set the temperature to 24. And if got gathering usually switch both on and find just nice.

If I remember correctly is 21x 15.5 for living area and 11x20 for dining + dry kitchen.
