Comon, it our water as clean as other country, then no backwash is needed because there is no dirt. Backwash is to increase the performance. Water pressure in Malaysia is low and if the hole block by dirt, how well it can filter?  You can buy the normal ceramic filter and you can see it become yellowish very soon (within few days). Same for 3M, it does not require to backwash but it require to change the cartridge more frequent. There are always PROs & CONs of the filter. No doubt zheilwane shop promotion is very attractive, buy indoor and get outdoor for FREE

I told the espring salesman that I am not interested with his product nor his information because it lacks technical credibility and that I have chosen the 3M instead. But he kept sending me PM asking me to meet outside, and tell me why 3M is not good (instead of why espring is better) without any data...Then say I waste his time...what man! cannot answer my questions just tell me cheap cheap cheap.... I'm officially putting it here, if i see another PM, I will report it and post his name here..cannot harass me if i duwan to buy what....crazy fella

Amway good but their salesman are lazy... Sothey lose out.. Love their uv but so expensive n salesman is inexperience. If it wasnt for the current renovation expenditure.......

Ozak, you are right. So I survey here survey there, check this that then cut this for that. Then certain thing buy mid range instead of high end. So I'm still waiting to see which air con n fridge is more value for money right now n if I can use 2.5 aircon piping for 2hp air con so that I can upgrade.

If i buy 3m do I need to modify anything if I wanna change to espring or equivalent? Piping, tap n such?

weikee since u r using APDWS 1000, what do you think about the 0.4% difference? Is the filter able to provide good taste and clean water?

3M is value for money. Considering less than RM 2k u can get an outdoor filter that could provide clean water for showering, laundry and etc and also an indoor filter that could provide clean & healthy drinking water. Since many forumers are debating on epsing, for the price more than RM 2k, it can only provide good driking water but how about shower and laundry?

To compare on performance, espring has better disinfection due to UV light but 3M package (indoor + outdoor) has an advantage on providing clean water for your whole house at at a lower price. So, u decide, is it worthy to forgo a good outdoor water filter for a UV light?

Hi. I am dilemma between Amway E-Spring and Tupperware Nano Nature. Has anyone compared about both of this?

well done weikee, cant imagine u can changed it by yourself. BTW you are right, brass valve is much much reliable than PVC ball valve.
It is very good infor for those end user who not install yet 1.
Js share some little infor with you, if you have another 3M pre-filter(model:AP055T) before AP902, then your AP902 filter can be more lasting.  
because replacement AP055T pre-filter cost is cheaper a lot than AP902 filter..

i am currently using the blondal water filter for outdoor n indoor.
usually when doin backwash n rinse on weekend can c how dirty the water is.

i just curious on how frequent i need to dat...weekly?sure the water bill will go up...huhuhu!
