Hi there, has anyone use LG washer with 6 motion technology? Try youtube and you see what I mean tongue.gif Very tempted with the unique washing ability, I wonder it encourage better cleaning? Any comment for those who own this? LG Malaysia website has posted these tech for front load washer (before this only for washer/dryer combo, and top-load washer only), but still not available in all the shops I visit.

Anyway, not sure if it is just me, or has anyone notice that Electrolux, Bosch, Beko, so called branded and No.1 in Europe only come in very basic model for similar pricing of Korean washer? i.e. Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Sharp?

I tried to google for online review of these brand from UK, US, and they have move to electronic control, i.e. more washing program, electronic decoder with LCD, etc; while our local model (those entry level priced at RM2k, only come with variant of mechanical dial and push-button.

Is M'sia is fast becoming a dump site for discontinue/out-phase product?

Why spinning ruin clothes ??  hmm.gif Can any one explain the logic behind it ?

I thought 90% of the ruins happens during washing when the clothes touches each other ?

High rpm spinning will stretch the fabric lining long. Specially rubber band type. You will find later like underwear become loose or tshirt collar become bigger and lost the elastic. Lady bra run out of shape and the string getting longer.

Even my wm have a 1200rpm spin. But never use it. Max only 1000rpm.

WM power consumption is very low compare to aircond and fridge. Thus, no need too much worry.

It is just an example what is the effect when spin at high rpm. You still can wash it by putting into the net protector and low spin/no spin.

Bra washing have three options:
1. Bubble Bra - bra protecting sphere/shell - put bra inside the shell, and off it goes into washing machine.
2. Firenzzi Hygienic Ladies Personal Wear Washer or any other equivalent product. Quite an item in other forums.
3. Mesh bag or net protector. The common option.

Hey, Good data. I recently tested the LG WD-CD1006SM 6 Motion All-In-One Combo unit when I was staying in Ascott Shanghai for a mth. Whichever setting I use, I find it really noisy, not sure if it is old, but they don't look or feel old. Is this unit noisy?

The leveling. If the fit not level to the floor, The WM vibrate alot. Specially spinning time. Can shorthen the WM life too.
