hi,

looking for a top loader WM with a budget of <RM1k, and looking for something 8 - 10kg (just 4 people at home)

was wondering whether I should choose Samsung, Panasonic or LG as there's so many different specs and "selling points" in each brand laugh.gif

can someone recommend a good WM notworthy.gif

My mum just bought a new 12kg wash/dry inverter wm. However I hv nvr seen & heard this brand b4 but as told its fully import from korea, with the price about RM1k++. Anyway my mum loves this new wm so much & its so quiet when operate.

That's an LG and it's definitely not just RM 1k+. More like 7k for that size.

Any comment about panasonic 7kg model na-f70b2 = rm699 and samsung 7.5kg model wa95w9 = rm799. Dilemma which one to choose. my wife keep pressing me about tangle free technology from samsung but i m prefer pana cause my mom's wm about 10years old doest give me any headache. samsung wobble n tangle free tech is really reliable?
*
Just went to jusco today and i have the same questions.

Jusco is selling samsung wa95w9 at rm 729 until 6 june 2012

according to salesman,

panasonic
------------
reliable

samsung
----------
not as reliable as pana
color fade when exposed to sun
tangle free
tempered glass

As samsung is a new model, we don't know whether it will last.

My hitachi washing machine konked after 2 - 3 years, not going to buy hitachi anymore

Don't buy hitachi, my washing machine only lasted 2-3 years.

Their customer service also difficult to reach.

heard from honest salesman, pana is most reliable (less complaint) but less features than samsung.
