I would like to ask the opinion in the choice of washing machine.
Currently my parents just bought a new washing machine yesterday, yeah, I was shocking also because they just bought the new one without asking me first...

Before this, we're using the Panasonic 7KG washing machine, but unfortunately that washing machine only lasted for about 5 years.... And as a replacement, they bought a new washing machine, same brand, which is Panasonic, but more 'merrier' than before.... It has inverter function, 14KG (TOO Overkill I think for only four person at house right now).... It's top-loading inverter series from Panasonic, NA-FS14X2.. The price that they paid for this washing machine is RM1600!

I would like to know whether anyone here has experienced using that type of washing machine? Is that washing machine is okay? Does it motor is direct-drive? Sorry for too much questions.... I'm worried if the same incident happened again to this new washing machine.... My parents just bought it without doing broad research before buy it....

Oh, my parents bought that washing machine from Seng Heng, Taiping branch...

Ya.. it's almost 7 years passed since my parents bought that machine in 2012.

I'm glad to say that it still perform just like from the day one we owned it.

Only minus some 'cosmetic damaged' such as there are some rust and mold build up at the steel body inside the machine.

Other than that, it still perform well without any trip to panasonic service center yet.
