Just went to jusco today and i have the same questions.

Jusco is selling samsung wa95w9 at rm 729 until 6 june 2012

according to salesman,

panasonic

reliable

samsung
----------
not as reliable as pana
color fade when exposed to sun
tangle free
tempered glass


As samsung is a new model, we don't know whether it will last.


My hitachi washing machine konked after 2 - 3 years, not going to buy hitachi anymore

Don't buy hitachi, my washing machine only lasted 2-3 years.

Their customer service also difficult to reach.

heard from honest salesman, pana is most reliable (less complaint) but less features than samsung.

Are you talking about the lint filter ie. net and plastic ?

samsung (good feature)

tempered glass which is scratch proof
plastic lint filter


pana (good feature)
------
reliable ie. not much complaint from customer


Problem is how many years can samsung last before KONK ? whistling.gif
