No, Samsung front load 12kg only have that model.
I checked Electrolux 11kg front load without dryer selling at the same price.
So i was thinking i might as well take Samsung which has 12kg and dryer.

Look for LG.

If you consider top load too, toshiba and hitachi plenty of model.

12KG, wow that is one massive machine.

Not really that big. The size is just like normal washing machine. But freaking heavy. Feel like more than 100kg in the machine. sweat.gif

LG and Samsung is abang adik, most you see in LG have it in Samsung.

Maybe the drum is bigger and heavier. 100KG biggrin.gif think it need some weight, imagine a 30kg washing machine spinning 12 kg of load.

LG former brand is gold star. But LG much more cheaper than SS wor. Spare part cheap too.

It need 3 person to lift the machine up to my 2nd floor. sweat.gif the 1200rpm spinning speed is scary.

Sometime very scary put such a spinning things up on first floor or higher floor. When it spin can feel the house wobble a bit. Been to my friend apartment, when using the washing machine can feel slight movement in the apartment.

It quite stable. The main problem is leveling. I brought 4pcs table leg rubber from DIY and put on the leveling leg. Use a leveling gauge to level the machine. You can use the construction 1. Once leveling is correct, spin at 1200rpm no problem.

But I avoid use the high spin. It can spoil some cloth. Specially sock.

Now i realise the weight is 97kg!
LG definitely is much cheaper.
But i like the Samsung design.
Functions wise it both LG and Samsung the same?
Samsung is also 1200rpm but wash cycle no whites, bleach and bedding.
I dont understand what is the different between bedding and blanket?
Did u all use the washing to wash your curtain?

I never thought highly about LG product but the washing machine I got has been going on for donkey years. Surprisingly very reliable and durable and it get the job done.

BTW, all those fancy advertisement about some washing machine that doesn't wrinkle cloth. Are they true?

No, mine is the NA128VA2.... 8kg, 1200rpm... NA148VG3 is a newer version 8kg, 1400rpm, with better preset functions.
Bought on last March at RM2200 that time... together with Panasonic Inverter Refrigerator 607L @ RM2800

Try get from Panashop, i got mine from Panashop too... Go to panasonic website and search for a Panashop near your area.

Hi All,
i am planning to get a washing machine for my wife and myself (only for weekend usage).

we plan to send our quilt and comforter to dobi centre for washing since it is not so frequent so not planning to spend so much fo rit.

considering the house members expansion in future, what KG should I go for? 7.0KG, 8.0KG or more?

At least 8kg, front loader is better....

I used my 8kg front loader to wash comforter of a "King" size bed... no problem...
Further more front loader spin faster and the position allow water to drip out more, so easier for drying up the comforter...
