Why you need a lazada warranty? It should be warranty by the manufacturing. No?
*
Lazada would be grey market and imported direct from Korea, if any happen to be claim from korea side..

Using same samsung machine past 8 years. Washing about 3-4 times a week in a 2 person household. Monthly water bill : free as within Syabas subsidy. Electricity < RM30. So far no bad incidence with damaged clothing.

But I don't have the need for 14kg washing machine. Live in kotak kasut apartment, no place to dry cloths. No place for Dryer too.

you're trying to justify paying more money for a smaller capacity.

Got a new samsung 11 kg fully stainless steel (well, almost) with wobble technology. RM1650.

Day one got scratching sound already. Called samsung who sent their contract tech. Within two days.

Diagnosed as motor clutch problem. Came back next week and replaced the entire motor assembly. Heart pain to see my brand new WM being dissected apart.

Still got sound. Took back to factory for one week. Don't know what they did but now OK. Very quiet. Good gentle and clean wash.

Samsung is good value for money, and have innovative technology, but QC and robustness still way out and you have to take a chance.

And they did not compensate my laundry bills for the two weeks I cannot use the new WM.......

My old samsung lasted 6 years before the control panel failed. Real workhorse, minimum 6 washes at full load per week.

Ok la. As long as you don't need to takeout to laundry shop after get the WM. If not rugi.

If you want a dryer, you can stack it up. Just like this. The dryer is panasonic while the WM is hitachi. Some idea for you.

It stated that Local Manufacturer Warranty. I wonder how's that works. But yeah, I heard bad reviews on them. I don't know if it's justifiable.

Sorry bro, this is japan model. He...he... I use combo type.

I use this during stay in japan. The dryer is a heat pump type. The frame is from Panasonic too.

If you buy a dryer of certain brand, check if they have the frame. Show the picture and model. Ask the shop order for you. Or direct to the service center if the shop lazy.(most of the time)

You can easily ask some workshop here to make the frame for you. Not difficult. Here the close up pic.

Im using Samsung WM front loading, so far no complaint, except that its not that easy to open the filter to clean...haha...need to use screwdriver

Anyway, make sure your drain pipe is not exposed to sunlight, otherwise the pipe might crack like mine, and its a huge hassle to change it cuz you need to disassemble the whole machine as the pump is at the front.

Now I used electrical tape to tape the whole drain pipe, for added protection laugh.gif

bigger use more power, more space.
i cant afford space and power.
and really.. i cant wash bedsheet, comforter all that stuff. there will be no space for me to dry it.
And I wash at least 2 times a week, so there wont be enough dirty cloth for me to fully use the machine capacity (14kg).

I think shop things that you need, not that what you want. so you can make sure that you use power and space efficiently.
