haven't u hear? it became "official nintendo seal" instead during the NGC era when Ninty wanted to court and win back their third party support.
if u have some NGC, take a look at their box arts.....REmake and RE0 both had "Official Nintendo Seal of Quality" while RE4 (which came out later) had "Official Nintendo Seal". the Seal changed sometime during the NGC system lifespan.
they should really implement the seal to prevent shovelware on the wii and the ds
True that. Did you know that middle of last year, someone figured out a way to use the wiimote as a tracking camera, and the light bar as a headpiece. Results: a motion tracking system that let you track the player's head and simulate 3-d images on the screen.
I figure, most ppl already have two wiimotes, all you would need to sell would be a pair of glasses fitted with 2 ir leds and power, and a small stand to put one wiimote on the tv. Then. you can program cool games around that interface.
I saw that too, but the system seem so deep.
All i am hoping now is that the third parties would fully utilize the wiimotion+ From my point of view, is a fantastic features, imagining, using your blunt weapon to kill, with 1:1 feeling. Pretty cool and that's going to bring out the true wii gaming experience. But not the freebies thing...
I still love my wii. being a bodybuidling addict gives me good time on wii fit. haha.
But back to the problems, we have toi much shovelware on the Wii, since the wii seems more geared to being a "party console".
Nintendo's E3 failed big time, only to have miyamoto-san announced Pikmin on the next day. So is it dying? Nah, the Wii is still scarce, and it might just be a fad beginning 2010.
They have until that time to redeem themselves with the help of 3rd party developers. No kidding.
They have 24 million units sold. Dying? Hardly so. Even if they dont sell a single console from now on, you are talking about possibility of 24 million copies of a game sold whenever its released.
Well, the only question is... how many of the 24 million is buying legitimate games

@Zio, good point. Money is still more pulled in when people buy the software. But i guess it goes to show how tough times are for lots of people. Including us.
Well, oil price might drop. So, we should get a drop too. 20 cents drop please...
REmake and RE0 are both back in stock at PA, at a decent price too. Go go go!!
Despite being a Player's Choice budget version, it's still a great game and all....
Thank a lot...
And i just check out scarface and godfather... seem pretty cool wii games... I am surely going to get that Been having lot of pressure at work, wanted to do some killing spree... No wonder RE4 appeal to me so much.... Not like Zelda using sword and lastik to shot at fake scarecrow? aww...
