@Bose, thats why I'm a bit relieved to finalised my HS loan earlier this year and lock the rate for first 5 years. Nowadays its hard to find banks that give fixed rate edy. |

Some of my movie collection are quite weird one.
I dont think anyone else have Under Siege. Its a crappy movie but the cake scene just seal the deal for me. |
