Yeah, the price should not be RM1,800 + for 80Gb PS3... but anyways, it comes with a free game and then another...

The major reason I'm buying a PS3 is simply because
- PS3 titles (which I will explore more in the future)
- Blu-Ray (yeah... when HD DVD died, I was sad, really wanted it)
- No dreaded 'death' issues

I have not much criticism against the PS3, well, obviously I haven't got my hands on it. I heard the Black Piano finish always have fingerprint on it and some find it 'disturbing'... izzit true? Coz I am a bit of a dust-free, wipe-till-it-shines kind of guy...

Too bad it does not come with an Ethernet cable... I used them all up for my computers... and x360...

The game list in SonyStyle - - don't count on it. If you want to buy games, get it from Gamer's Hideout (or elsewhere, but elsewhere means super inconvenience for me).

They do have LBP (hot list title) + Assassin's Creed (normal list) - - yes.

I'm thinking of buying MGS4... instead of taking one of the games from the normal list, they say I can pay the 'additional' price of the game I choose other then their list. But I'm afraid I am getting TDK Blu-Ray... so might have 2 wait till Christmas is over.

found a shop selling PS3 Asian set 40gb for only 1299...so cheap. Anything bad about getting this package?

bcz of S'pore tag price for the 80gb one is $599 * 2.4 = RM1437.60
so maybe they taking stock from s'pore...

nothing bad bout it but 100% old stock , cause 40GB models discontinued by Sony..nowdays 80GB take over the 40GB models.

the cheapest 80GB s'pore set can get around $580 less than RM1400...

wow...but incase anything bit difficult..have to send to singapore..
