Hi! I'm a newbie here...just want to ask for some advice regarding buying a new PS3.

I hear a lot about shops selling PS3 at low prices in the region of RM13++ and I've ask them whether it is a new or recon set.
But they say that it is a brand new set (SG set). So it is advisable to get it? It is a shop at PJ area.
I'm afraid that it might be a recon set and some said that it might have a normal controller and not a DS3.

Or it is better to get a brand new PS3 (MY set) from Sony shops around here, with a higher price of course..

I'm undecided.. which option should I take.

The cheaper option (tempting - RM13++) or the more expensive option (reliable - RM15++)?

Help me please. Any advise is appreciated.

absoultely yes,for in-house warranty,they have rights to recon,and u cant sue them(to create legal relationship)
they have legal rights to recon on the set as long as provide warranty and also court will accept exclusion clauses
jz like AP phone dealer,exlusive clauses that explicit to customer,"we are not warranty for lcd screen."
