Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

Finally speed is back to normal now, unable to load 99% of the web sites & unable to log into msn since 7pm 19/7/08

i got into some weird problem i cant even connect to the modem page or any other website if i run utorrent no matter in bridge or routing mode

no prob in download but very high ping, i guess tmnet reroute the line, same like we use proxy, maybe they change to their backup line or alternative line. There should be an underwater earthquake or wat, becos i saw the news that taiwan and china is having some type of strong breeze from the sea, flood everywhere.

some websites are very fast... such as google, lowyat.net, and even Malaysiakini and many overseas sites.. BUT websites as as thestar.com.my and Yahoo mail are totally inaccessible... what the fark?
