Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

Finally speed is back to normal now, unable to load 99% of the web sites & unable to log into msn since 7pm 19/7/08

TMNUT sucks like ^&*(. It takes forever to load Facebook now, my ping to Google, Facebook is 400+ & other international sites are from 400-600+.
