Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

they said, "We are currently having slow access to US link" then We are also having service interruption at KL / JB / Perlis and more... called at 7.28pm |

Lately, when I checked my modem status, my DOWNSTREAM is varying each time I restart my modem. It can goes to max 1.5mbps and lowest to 800+ kbps. It used to be a static 1.5mbps.

from yesterday they capped my connection at 25kb/s....
for 512 package TMNUT normally cap at 60kb/s.. maybe next month they will cap at 10kb/s who knows.. bravo TMNUT..  Did any body experienced a same problem like this??.. Attached thumbnail(s)
