What is the actual problem that cause slow connection this few days?

Why the download is so slow since the Dec 08 that they claimed to be what under sea problem?

My downloads always stuck at 5-10kb/sec.

IP always on 115.xxx and 124.xxx

No more 218 or 60.5X

Something is very wrong with streamyx. They keep calling me saying that they have did something an asked whether my speed is OK or not. I keep telling them that the main problem is the 115.134 IP and why streamyx only limit to this IP and they didn't even know why. Already a week now and speed is slow like hell all because of 115

again.. i can't browse many site.. local lowyat also cannot.

only VPN,Proxy can temp solve this.

me 3. happen around 10-15 minutes ago. cant login to ym at all. streamyx. good thing i have VPN.

only google , gmail can use. what tmnut done?

tmnut gone to hell already. I am using proxy server to send this message now. this is so ridiculous. stupid monkey telco can't even run an internet business properly.

something is very wrong with tmnet dns today. I have to use VPN to do everything now.
I wonder is it related to virus outbreak or not. My friend's company have to format all the PCs due to virus outbreak.

TMNet did it again cannot access bunch of websites including lowyat.net with normal connection, need to use proxy.

Yes, TM has once again lost most of the internet. No local peering, cannot reach anything via AIMS, Jaring (eg LYN), etc.

The exact same thing happened a few days ago and lasted for about 3 hours.
