public school:
Catholic High School (Jln Gasing)

private school:
(i think usually they're made up of brats and rich kids but of course there are good students here but few and not necessary to go private school sleep.gif)
i have prejudice against private schools so i'm not listing any

chinese independent school:
Chung Hwa Independent School (Jln Ipoh)

other national schools:
sekolah bintang utara (used to be part of BBGS)
victoria's institution (smk victoria)
st. john's
convent bukit nanas
-- all benchmark schools. their exams usually passing % is 100%
*
i'm sorry but its SMK Seri Bintang Utara.. and its not used to be PART of BBGS.. it was indeed BBGS tongue.gif
i graduate high school from SBU though.. but but i think the standard is falling year by year..

as for CBN, i used to study there when i was form 1 and 2.. surely, their pmr & spm results are not bad.. but in fact, most of them, their maths sucks.. and always fail.. so, i'm just wondering.. where those 100% passes come from..

I can't believe no one has mentioned SMK Seri Hartamas! tongue.gif Even though I wouldn't rate it as the best secondary school in Klang Valley.

smk seksyen 9 shah alam ( sekolah harapan negeri selangor )
smk usj 12 ( sekolah ICT and Sekolah harapan nominees ) My ex school. attendance take using card. swipe it!

smks9 is the best? hell no. even though i completed my secondary studies there. might b the best in shah alam only. sweat.gif
so many schools claimed to b the best (without proper proofs or statistics). but in the end, even a good student from a good school could b one of university dropouts. shit happens everywhere! laugh.gif

if best school awards do exist, i bet there will b so many subcategories of em. sweat.gif

I'm from Catholic High School,
and I'm proud to be one of them.
Definitely one of the top, but not the best.

my vote goes to SAB.

altho im not from sab, but i find their academic record is good. and seeing from those ex-sabian, after school their groom to have a good quality in both academic and socially. not to mention, the multiracial- which is their really bonding with one another regardless what race or religion. which is reperesent what we need most during this time.

Kolej Islam Sultan Alam Shah (KISAS), Klang...
the 2nd best school in Malaysia, after Sains Seremban (SASER), based on SPM 2007 results...
Hopefully we'll be able to conquer the first place this year... blush.gif

well, obviously YOU'LL find it boring and sucky if you go around calling people nerds, guess you're not as bright as your so called 'nerds' cuz you wouldn't be doing that if you knew better. i wouldn't say chs is the best but it's definately a good school. i take pride in the fact that we're well known for our discipline too, although some rules are just downright weird. i mean, girls with short hair have got to keep their hair 2cm above their collars. and they really do spend time measuring it if you get caught. lots of dedicated teachers too.

back in my time, yeah SMDJ was pretty good and produced the highest SPM passing rate, and best A scorers. Not sure about today though.
