i wanted to check the dont combine post...but i cant find it anymore and have to stick with the addon thing everytime i post... why is that so? you have any idea... ?

nope... its not...if i go post something on other ppls journal, and try to repost again, the function exists..... then i tried the similar with IE and chrome... still the same result.... aihs.... new policy? :/ ...

Dude, how much oat u mix with ur yogurt? I have a bottle of unsweeten yogurt back home, still thinking of mixing it into my breakfast. lol

1 scoop of oat (with whey's scoop), and few table spoon of yogurt just enough to mix it all. you will find the taste kinda weird to you lol.

erm, 1st day of it, it was nice, like never feel tired.

Did you happen to know the weight of the smaller barbell size, the one a little smaller than the oly bar ?

It's kinda confuse me, some say 17 some say 10. I blur ady.

never care about the weight as i never use it lol. mostly is 10kg, just lift a 10kg plate and compare.

Graet idea, will try comparing them on Thursday. Thanks. I kinda need use it for deadlift, so I won't have to wait for the oly bar on the squat rack. FF Subang has a very limited oly bar.

And it really felt different if squatting with dumbells compared to back squat. Back squat feel GREAT.
