Woot, today workout was nice, i love 20 reps! surprisingly it was kinda easy for the first two set. i think i will have a great soreness in the following day laugh.gif

Rest for 1 week, i think the DOMS gotta kill me.
1st tried on Overhead Squat with loaded barbell, phew, damn hard to balance, shaking all the way down when squat 40kg, next set lower to 30kg, seem like got better move by placing the barbell alil behind the head.
