The day I came back it is 6 degree.
Winter expected to be this or next week.
But in Daisetsuzan National Park already can see snow on the mountain peak.

I am planning to visit Japan next year. I heard that Hokkaido is better. Also, I got the idea of starting in Sapporo too. Not really sure about Japan but I am planning to stay in Japan for around a week plus. Any recommendation?

specially for those going to hokkaido, here are some recommended really nice snacks from hokkaido...

Jaga Pokkuru - it's the best tasting potato sticks... nothing like wat u can get in malaysia, must buy u won't regret it. smile.gif
Attached Image

Shiroi koibito /White Lover (White chocolate sandwiched in cat tongue biscuit) also very nice especially the black plastic wrapping (white chocolate) - the white wrapping is dark chocolate inside. But dark chocolate version is not as perfect combination as the white chocolate version.
Attached Image

These UV dried seasoned scallops gives u a good chewing & mouth exercise and it tastes very good also. It think this is umami taste... ? perfect combination of savioury & sweetness.
Attached Image Attached Image

Most of u would think this are wasabi nuts.. but it is not. This are crusted pistachios. Excellent tv snacks also.
Attached Image

Hori Melon Jelly captures the best taste of Yubari melon. Another Hokkaido specialty.
Attached Image

Chocolate wif strawberry like wafer biscuit. The biscuit taste really like real strawberries.

So if anyone going to hokkaido, don't miss out these great snacks... smile.gif Enjoyed every morsels of it myself tongue.gif hehehe
Regret didn't buy more of them..

But beware these snacks can make a big dent in ur wallet tongue.gif but they are worth every yen of it. =)

And if any of u is kind enough, I dun mind if someone buy some back for me in gratitude for my nice recommendation smile.gif kekeke
