QUOTE(tanoshi @ Jul 28 2008, 12:26 PM) Bro firedauz, is it ok to carry on densha? I'm not too sure because I don't have a foldable bike Best to ask the station officer first before you attempt to do so. Btw, here's an info I have from all my travels: Use the Seishun 18 Kippu --> http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2362.html QUOTE The Seishun Juhachi Kippu, meaning something like "Youthful 18 Ticket", is a seasonally available railway ticket, which gives you five days of unlimited, nationwide travel on local and rapid JR (Japan Railways) trains for only 11,500 Yen, or 2,300 Yen per day! QUOTE Period: Spring Valid: March 1 to April 10 On Sale: February 20 to March 31 Period: Summer Valid: July 20 to September 10 On Sale: July 1 to August 31 Period: Winter Valid: December 10 to January 20 On Sale: December 1 to January 10 ![]() |

And, what time does this event ends? o.O There will be a map outside of the station where it will show you how to get to the beach. You can go there either by walking all the way by 15-20 mins or taking another train (forgot how much the fare, should around 190 Yen) to the Hase Station, and walk for 10 mins. To get to the place at Kamakura Beach, just follow my map. Hope its not too confusing » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Eitherway, once you are at the beach, just ask anyone there on where is the JUMP shop at the beach, they will surely know about it |
