There are sightings at one of the city's more reputable bank's building. There were stories of how sounds and unrecognizable beings spotted by many during after work hours.

There is this particularly interesting story (guess it's true) about some actually came face to face with 'the' thing. And it happened on the same floor but to different group of people.

1st incident:

A close friend of mine, who also works there got to experience it during one of his late nights as a back-end system support guy. I won't say he is superstitious and a believer but he is just telling it as it is and he is known for not being a liar.

It was around 10:30pm at 42 floor in the building with less than 5 people working late. After 15 minutes, another 3 left and finally, he is alone with just a couple of things left to carry out. While he was in his cubicle, he suddenly felt that 'something' gushed by. It is not usually human the way it moved. But he ignored it and somewhat blasted the radio slightly louder. The movements did not stop and he felt it a few more times before he stood up and shouted "Wei, stop playing la. It's late and it's not funny bro!". But the second time he stood up, he finally noticed at the far end about 10 feet away, there is a dark figure suddenly disappeared under the cubicle. My friend quickly packed his stuff and rush out from the office. Now the terrifying part was, when he was on his way out, he need to perform a access card clearance. While he was trembling, he could felt something is watching him nearby. When he was out and reaching for the elevator, he heard light and slow footsteps from behind. He caught a lift and quickly closed the door. Right before it did, he saw a dash of dark being peeking in. When he got to the lobby, he informed the security guards. They were all shocked but just told him to go home and calm down.

no...used to go there for network maintenance at server room....so far didnt found nothing creepy...but from descruption it pretty obvious that is menara maybank lol...

Perhaps can try the Haunted Manison in Relau, Penang. It's real spooky!

from what i heard (so long ago i forgot who told me about it or where i heard it from, but i ll just state it as a friend of mine for convenience), my friend went to plaza phoenix for some business purpose (that time most of the shops already chap lap/pack out and move but still got a few tenants on ground floor).

Still, the place was quite empty. After parking, one of the first shops he saw was a restaurant. full of people, bustling with life, he had a thought of grabbing a meal there after his business was done. so he went off and did his business which did not take long.

on the way back to his car he found no such restaurant.

WARRIORS OF THE NIGHT, ASSEMBLE!!!!~

My cousin was only 2 years old when this happened. My aunt just bought a house in Penang and my cousin could only speak basic words to address people like "gor gor (brother), jie jie (sister), gong gong (grandpa), po po (grandma)."

So a few times my aunt heard my cousin trying to speak especially during midnight but because she's sleeping with my aunt so my aunt didn't really care so much until one night, my cousin started walking out (they left the room door open) and my aunt and uncle woke up to get her and saw her talking and giggling to someone in a store room.

Curiously my aunt asked her "baby who are you talking to?" , she pointed the dark room and said "jie jie. jie jie." My aunt and uncle were so freaked out that they resort to a medium and the guy said the "jie jie" is just a friendly spirit who wanted to befriend someone and my cousin is an adorable child too.

They did not plan to get rid of the spirit but they will make sure the doors in every room are closed.
