Okay, my turn to share share a spooky story about my grandpa's house. Inb4 wall of text.

First of all, the house was demolished long time ago already, so you all don't have the chance to visit it lah, now the area is almost a jungle.

It was a big old chinese style wooden house in a kampung, very isolated. The house itself had a very big compound around it (so nice to play chase chase while I was a kid). The main front path (not a proper road) to the house was sided with very old chinese style graves -- it belonged to very long-distant relatives that I didn't know. For us, the relative, there was nothing special about the house, just normal lah, nothing scary. But imagine you have to visit the house at night, must walked past the graves in dark, no light yo, eh he he he.

Let me iterate this, for relatives, there was nothing special about the house, we were used to it already. We knew there were something supernatural around the house, rumours among relatives said there were guardians (1 mother and 1 daughter, usually materialised as tigers) that got passed from generation to generation, but we didn't care because nothing really happened to us lah. There were indeed a few weird incidents happened and were hushed because really we didn't care. But let me share 2 stories I can remember (I only visited the place from time to time, so I don't know all stories). In a way, the supernatural ghosts/spirits were actually quite protective, they only kacau people that they thought not related to the family... so the victims were usually malay, hee hee.

First story. My auntie had an adopted malay grandson. The grandson was around 5yo that time and it happened a day before a chinese new year (auntie and grandson came to visit). The day was rainy and the grandson was alone playing in the big living room. Out of a sudden the kid ran into the kitchen to find his grandma telling that there were two persons outside asking for something, but when my auntie went outside to see the visitors she didn't find any. The kid explained that the visitors were 1 auntie and 1 girl, soaked in rain, with their wet long hair covered their faces, never uttered a word and raising their hands like asking for something. Funny thing was the kid behaved like the whole incident was all normal (if I were him, I would pee in my pants first and then faint). The relatives were all exchanging glances and later they joked that maybe the guardians were curious about the commotion (too many people in the house) or maybe came there to mintak kuih raya.

Second story. My big uncle's best friend came to visit the house (that time my uncle was living there). His best friend was a malay guy, jeng jeng jeng. (Their 1malaysia friendship's story was very touching actually, friended until die, and this warrant another story to tell). The time was also around chinese new year. They chit chat in the evening and then both dozed off in the comfortable living room. When my uncle woke up, his friend relayed the strange story to him. His friend woke up first, and outside was still blazing hot, maybe around 3pm. He saw a guy in black standing akimbo motionless under the hot sun blocking the main gate for a very long time, and the guy was staring at him from afar. When his friend told my uncle this, my uncle retorted with "you mad ka? where got guy wearing black at the gate, I didn't see it lah". Okay, this story is not scary but a little bit spooky. tongue.gif

I cherish my time visiting the place, many beautiful memories. Sometimes I can recall the smell of the sand and fresh fauna. blush.gif

Your story reminds me about 1 house in Bandar Baru Putra, Ipoh. The rent is cheap, yeah RM50 but if you can stand the ghost 'playing' with you. Different tenants, different encounter. 1 story that I'll forget is when the night you sleep inside the house, in the morning you'll awake outside the house.

Forgot which lorong the house.

Hahaha. I've one story from a friend of mine.

While we were MMU students we all used to go Dengkil to yumcha and hangout till late at night. This friend of mine is the driver, I'm not so close with him but he told me a story that made me sleepless for many nights.

Here it is:
One day his friend got into some heartbroken situation and he decided to cheer her up by taking her out yumcha coz she was crying badly. So while he was driving there they chatted in the car and then suddenly the girl (sitting in the front passenger's seat) cried after looking at his direction. She told him to U-turn back to uni repeatedly. My friend didn't know why so he kept asking her that - but she cried more loudly than ever. Reluctantly he made a u-turn somewhere and made their way back.

When they're safely at home, the girl told her that a face appeared just outside his driver's window and made funny expressions to her. The face was green in color and the worst thing was.. (that made my fren nearly peed his pants) that the face was a replica of him!

-____________-""
Another one:
Also the same guy. He said he believed his house is a bit haunted. Their house is in Cyberia, it's a townhouse .. kinda like normal terrace houses. He goes outside da balcony often to smoke. One day as he was doing that he looked up the sky and saw two pairs of legs, one adult's, one kid's dangling from the roof. He rushed back inside.  sweat.gif

i regret read this tered. sweat.gif
How am i goin to drive to klia later? And currently i stay in cyberia. doh.gif

I am not sure if the following would to be considered as "haunted" hehe...; but the feeling was certainly really like one...:

In Malaysia, there is such thing as the 13th floor... (Wheres in European/English countries; buildings do not have 13th floors...)

Well, what happened then...

My family went to have high tea and dinner with our Christian home-fellowship members... In a certain five star hotel... (This was when I was still very young at that point of time...) I never got to know the name of this particular hotel... (all I knew was that it was a very big hotel; really big, and quite scary as well...)

Well, what actually happened...

Me and my friend got bored; so we started exploring this 5 star hotel from the ground up...

It was a really beautiful hotel BTW...

To cut it short, (finally) we both "reached" the 13th floor of the hotel; we actually climbed up to that level via the stairs (instead of using the elevators; because we were already at the stairways down below...)

Well, it was really quite scary then; as things already were since the beginning... (but then, things got even scarier...)

We pushed open the "heavy" door of the stairway to enter into the 13th floor (the door was really heavy...)

But the moment we stepped into the 13th floor; the door behind us closed by itself (since it was fitted with a door-closer mechanism); but then what really was so scary was that both of us could NO longer open the door anymore (for some unknown reasons) to get back out to the stairway we just came from!!!

It all got really scary for us then... (because we were both now actually trespassing on a "private deluxe level" which we were technically not supposed to be in at all; we could just simply be caught by the security, be chased out, get scolded, or be reported back to our parents; it would all end up being really unpleasant, so we definitely do not want that to happen to us...)

But the only way was to move on ahead anyway, and risk getting caught trespassing on people's private level... (It is actually not possible to gain access to these levels by using the elevators; without a residence access key-card...)

(From the brightly lighted stairways outside from which we just came in from; the interior of the level was really very dimly lighted indeed...)

We saw a dark grand-piano in front of us, and some rather strange classical music was being played through the speakers all around us...; we just continued walking on... (The level was really empty and gave both of us an eerie feeling...)

Out of sudden, "shit" happened; we heard people coming really quickly to where we currently are from the other corridor; we then panicked and started running like crazy down the entire corridor we are in before these mysterious guys (from the other corridor) should appear & see us... (we ran as if our lives were truly at stake...)

Then at last..., (bad things happened) we encountered a security guard at the end of the corridor guarding the fire-exit stairway (who got really angry when he saw both of us running like mad; he started coming over to interrogate us, and shouted really angrily when both of us continued running to try to find a way out of this creepy place... He was probably chasing us from behind now...)

We ran and ran like hell and then finally appeared at the elevator's corridor, then some luck happened; one of the elevators opened for us (because they normally required an access-card to operate...) But there was nobody in the opened elevator for some reason...

We ran into the opened-elevator anyway and then the doors closed... (Suddenly we realized to our horror that we could not do anything since the buttons all required the access-card to operate; so we are both trapped inside, as the doors wouldn't open at all, and the buttons were all inactive...)

The feeling was like total-helplessness (a "Check-mate") until the elevator suddenly started moving (and it is going down...)

We were very thankful then..., but when the doors of the elevator opened, we cautiously got out and immediately found ourselves in some really "weird" place indeed... (It was all dark and we had absolutely no idea where we were at all...) Once again, there was just nobody around at all... hmm.gif

We finally realized that we were actually in the ballroom at the 3rd level (which we have already explored earlier); just that the lights have now all been turned off that's all... (which made the place looked rather different & scary...) When young, we can just imagine all sorts of things...

Darn, we finally made our way through the familiar and lighted parts of this huge hotel and finally found our way back to the banquette-hall where our parents were still dining and occupied in fellowship with the rest of our members. (Everything was suddenly back to normal, and both of us quickly grabbed things to eat!)

(We were back alive... unsure.gif )

Not really "haunted" I guess; but nonetheless had some sort of a "haunted" feeling... (Guess we were really young at that point of time.)

Regards.

i want join Ghost Adventure (MY version) where should i send my application form?

I am interested in this kinda stuff

I encounter one when I was very young probably when I was like 6 or 7 .

was back at my dad's hometown in Perak. Had fever while I was there. Woke one late night when everyone was sleeping already , was feeling a bit dizzy and all because of the fever. I just randomly walk towards the balcony , when I looked to my left I saw a dark figure sitting down on the floor and was patting something like a baby. I just look at it for a while then when back inside again. Didn't feel scare or anything back then when I saw that dark figure.

Then again , was having a fever....so really wasn't sure if I was hallucinating or not. But thinking back about it now.....it's kinda scary.
