Heard of Clint Mansell? He did some pretty trippin soundtracks. Here's one of his songs played by someone else. And it is damn good!! notworthy.gif notworthy.gif Blacktrix can give it a try!

thing is ive got no trasport =(, if i go i risk sitting out in the cold alone at night in a foregin city with 2 months knowledge. but im sure later in the years after i get a car there willl be more gigs, the scene is quite good here theres metal clubs!

clint mansell is damn good, im a fan. the fountain OST is really out of this world

And don't forget we also have corrupt politicians, inflated goods and fuel prices, inflated guitar prices and so on. tongue.gif

About how much would an RG50TC run for?I love that amp,but the fact that it's a 50 watter tube amp always holds me back.
*
Actually, thats one of my main draws towards that amp. Because the only other decent tube amps in that pice range are Bugeras, which are 120W IIRC. Thats WAY too much wattage for me. Haha.

I tried out the Epi Ultra II at Beatspot in Curve today.
It felt good, and the neck was surprisingly playable.

Too bad I had to use the really bad Laney Hardcore amp........

Cleans of course were BEAUTIFUL, and the acoustic quality is really good.

I definitely would recommend it if you keep going from Acoustic to Electrics on live sets.

Costs around RM3.2k

unforgiven III is out in youtube. cool song, though i still prefer the riff and solo of unforgiven II. anyway, i'm sure gonna get the CD, at least no more st. anger crap.

add-on: dang, all nightmare long has some pretty cool riff. metallicious. thumbup.gif hammet still won't ditch his wah though.

I still wish they have the horn and drum roll in the beginning......... that would keep the Unforgiven theme.............

Also, call me crazy, but I actually LIKE Unforgiven I and II........ used to be on my playlist for ages.

Slightly off the topic of Metallica, but has anyone read the new issue of Guitar World with Dragonforce on the cover?
There is a photo of Herman Li in his home studio, and on the left is his Effects rack. What's funny, that it's only the Rocktron Prophesy II, and another rack unit, followed by a Yamaha Home Theater amplifier, an Xbox360, a Wii, and I assume Playstation 2 & 3, as there is a wireless and wired Dual Shock controllers....... there's even the Guitar Hero Les Paul controller!

Damn. I need a studio like that too.

i see nothing wrong with that. unforgiven II solo is one of my favourite solo. i agree on the drum roll part, it gives some relations for the title.

n yeah the horn n the drum roll is what makes the 2 songs related..
