Hi all, does anyone know is there any shop which could help in remove the rubber paints away with pay?

Rubber paint can easily remove/peel off yourself la, no need to go anywhere. If cannot remove then it's permanent paint already.

it can but hard to remove, was thinking is there any better tools or equipment that wheel shop has, then they could remove the paint easily.

will those shop allow trade in rubber painted rims?

Naah should be easy, like peeling off a thin layer of dead skin. Maybe your rubber paint is bad quality one.
