QUOTE(willchua @ Sep 19 2008, 05:33 PM) links that looks like a genuine rapidshare download link, complete 100% look like original rapidshare site (like those lookalike phones lor). It will accept ANY username/password entered and it will redirect user to real download link while keeping the login info for their own personal use.Example: CODE http://www.rapidshare01.com/files/12345/file1.rar and of course the above link is fake, just for demo purpose only... |

Just to add sumore, if the link ask you to login to your premium details even though you know that you are already logged in to your account, that it will probably be a fake link. Plus, all authencation by RS is done by https, so if there is no lock when you login to the a "rs login page", it will likely be a fake one tooExample: CODE http://www.rapidshare01.com/files/12345/file1.rar and of course the above link is fake, just for demo purpose only... |

The key point is always go to official site and dun cincai click on weird link.Mostly I straight insert list into flashget. Always precaution when download something that have EXE file extension. |

I wonder how u guys backup big file size like 8-9GB ISO/Bin into DVD?
Split it into multiple zip file then burn into 2-3 DVD 4.7GB Or use DVD dual layer 8.5GB? I think I might just split em up and then combine again when needed. Easier to backup too. Cheaper to backup with 85cent normal DVD rather than expensive RM12 DVD-DL. |

In your guys opinion, which way of splitting is better? Example 8GB ISO.
2 big 4GB or Multiple 100MB? HJSplit or WinRAR can do splitting job. RM3.60 DVD-RL? What brand? what class media? I mostly use 1st class DVDs like Mitsubishi, Verbatim or 2nd class Imation. |
