my ip address isn't affecting my download speed.
only if i have download from a period of time then the speed slowdown.
and only then i reset my modem and get another new ip.

i hav earn 300++ point in juz 1-2days in 2 forum ... will add more file in tis week .. estimate 140++ file will be added in 1 week ....
