If you can collecting fees and not allowing ppl to play.. this gonna spell trouble for younger kids or college kids.

Well each club needs a group of commited adults (working class) who can contribute a little more than the rest so that the club can go on.

More over this class of player just want some short action and the rest can be done by the younger players.

I nvr believe attending training or not would allow someone to play or not to be play. Rather his natural ability or good player should be selected first choice. The reason i can think off is improvement. IF you can't be better than someone who doesn't play with the team even you come week in and week out, there is something wrong with you.

My experience playing in a team, you can't gel in one match or create wonders just because you are ronaldinho, you need the confidence of the team. Able to dribble or fast sometimes is wonderful to watch, the player is good but are they good for the team. 90% the answer is no.
Why? Else you will see Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea dominating Europe easily. Individual triumph sometimes, team play triumph sometimes.

However, those who come regularly also have advantage. Team formation should be based on those regulars. Therefore since everyone have a fix position, they would mostly like play better than those with good talents.

Manager and coach should be someone commited and experienced. Whether he should play or not.. well it won't make much difference. but if he is experienced... he usually sit out most of the time.

btw, sorry to say that i wont be able to join u guys for around 2 months as i will be staying at penang for practical training.might only come back once in a while
the suggestion given by a few of us is good, hopefully mike will take into consideration and bring the Club a step forward...(juz i tink the attendance basis got some problem... haha, coz my attendance will be bad for the coming weeks...)hopefully will be able to join u guys more often after this , dun mind fighting for a place in the team.....( i mean work hard and perform well to fight for)
