hurm, from my experience going from 88gt to 4850, the image quality is roughly the same, no noticeable difference at all

could be the qimonda gddr chips crappin out, but it could be driver issue too

it's rm125 from modernopc to be exact

just change to HR-03 solve heat problem.... or you want to safe money, i think you can tweak with the fan power supply.. pump in constant voltage with 100% fan speed from other source...
i think the driver of the new ATI card is doing the work of making the fan spin fast and slow...... it the fan does not run 100% all the time.. it varies..
100% fan spee advantage - really cooling... no need to change 3rd party cooler..
100% fan speed disadvantage - you are sitting in a jet control tower... the sound may irritate you... ke ke ke

any guyz using accelero s1 on 4850..mind show me how is it when plugged on the card..and the card is on mobo?i scare my soundcard will block it..cause mobo sound broke...ZZZ

no overheating i guess, i now tweak until 700/1050. But my artifact scanning can stable for 6hrs+ lolz.

Added on June 29, 2008, 11:20 ami think if the ram crappin out, the whole thing will just hang there. Hope it is driver issue tho. Just upgraded to 8.6 hot fix and it gives such a sucky prob lolz. i am running artifact scanning at 8.5 beta which came with the card, maybe i gonna run it again.

yes, heres what u can do, sell ur 88gts 320 for rm350
and topup rm300 to buy a 4850, ull get a very noticeable performance increase

Someone did offer me rm350 for my card and cod 2day. Shitz, no time to think now.

If I don't change my card now the value will drop until like $#^%$#%. Hmmm, I need another rm150 for a cooler too.

yup, if u wait, nx month ur card value will drop to rm300 only, better sell it now
