Apparently the RM2.4k price is for during the av show only. I got it for RM2590. My sad attempt at bargaining was shot down with "sorry boss, that is a special price during the av show only. this is the best price already"

Hehehe...I think should be typing error arj mentioned before is RM2590.

I just called A&L Sungai Wang and Amcorp Mall, the following is the price they quote me:

A&L Sungai Wang : RM2590 (RM2755 with cable)
A&L Amcorp Mall : RM2500 (with cable)

Will most properbly go to Amcorp Mall d...

However is RM2500 already the best price all Sifus?

Just curious...what cable you use for ur Velo? What cable given by A&L? I use 4.5m Audioquest Copperhead with a Y connector on sub end. Is purely copper cable better than silver coated copper (in this case for sub usage)? Any recommendation?

RM2500 with cable is a very good deal

I did not get any subwoofer cables. I'm using my existing Monster subwoofer cable.

Ok ok arj, will try to make this deal on asap since I'm still doing my monthly budgeting now... Scare don't have enough of $$$ to go through this month...hehe!!!

I'm using QED Qunex Silver Reference SR-SW for my sub.

me using el-cheapo made in singapore "Pristine" brand sub-cable cable

I already put my order for Velo CHT-12R baby at Amcorp Mall I managed to get a reasonable price for this baby togather with the Sub cable (RM2450). So without thinking further I order my very 1st Sub...hehe...

Really kena poison deep deep d....

Hahaha...nola arj, for long term so better go for a good one if not will need to spend even more in the future... So, sakit-sakit one time go....hehe... Beside that, another reason was really kena poison thick thick (gau gau) d...

Ohya, just noticed from the sale person that A&L only import the black colour version not cherry and silver colour...Wanted the cherry but don't have so no choice, after all is OK la since black colour nice also...

Nice...I love QED cables. Silver Reference some more

Thank you arremie. Been reading this forum since early of this year where picking up and learning a lot of stuff from all the Sifus here, at the same time kena poison. Hehe

Saw and read a lot of threads mentioning on this Sub, therefore when to audition and you know what sekali listen really fall and drown into the poison pool...althought i only audited on CHT-10R baby. This 10R baby really gave me a shock compared to PSP 5i which i audit 1st on that day. The sale person used Transformer for me to audit.

May I know how much did you buy for the PSB Alpha T1, C1 & B1 set? Saw the PSB Alpha T1 speaker cone was make from aluminium and it really sound good especially those robot transformasion in Transformer, to me it sound like this aluminium cone help in producing realistic metal sound.

I bought the PSB set about 2.3k so the price could be around that. Yeah that metallic thing actually called Metalized Polypropylene Cone. Don't know what the heck is that but it sure does sound good . Transformer my fav too and can't wait to get BD version once I got the player. Enjoy ur Velo dude. You won't regret the purchase for sure

Good deal you got that, I was quoted for above RM3k for that speaker set which was a bit over pricing. Ya, this speaker set really sound good. May need to ask the sale person what best price he could give currently...Planning to get this speaker set also if got $$$,hehe!!!

Yeah, I have booked a Velo CHT-10 during KLIAV, but my Yammy 663 is out of stock, so have to wait for Sept then I can enjoy my HT Cant wait leh.....
