maybe they wanted to use it,but because it's copyrighted material,they would probably have to pay for every trailer,and everytime the theme was used.

I agree that this MGS4 is really a masterpiece. Before I bought this PS3 (last week) I never understand why ppl were so much excited about this MGS4 game. I've never played any MGS title before. To me its just ordinary game but can never beat other 360 exclusive titles.

However, since my darn 360 failed on me.... i totally give up on 360 and move over to PS3. I bought MGS4 game on the same day i bought PS3 (last week) and to tell you the truth....its truly AWESOME !!!

The graphics, the gameplay and the nice half seen boobs (Naomi - Act 2)...i got truly hooked.

If not because of my 360 3ROD, I will never switch to PS3 and most probably will still enjoy other 360 games.... but to tell the truth, i missed the 360 controller, it feels much better that this DS3.

hahaha...now still trying to beat the octopus. still struggling to do side roll. hehehe..

welcome to our cult. and let me congratulate you on your first PS3 game, money well spent there.

I would recommend you to play the series from SNES times (MG and MG Solid Snake) to MGS3 Snake Eater.

Hell, to really understand Metal Gear, play:

1. Metal Gear SOlid 3 Subsistence (PS2)

2. Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops (PSP)

3. Metal Gear (avaliable on disc 2 in MGS3 SUbsistance)

4. Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake (avaliable on disc 2 in MGS3 SUbsistance)

5. Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots.

If you feel funky sometimes, get these too:

1. Metal Gear Acid 1&2 for PSP

2. Metal Gear Ghost Babel for GBC (totally underrated game)

Now you understand why MS really wants this title on 360

just finished this awesome game....the ending in my opinion is the best so far...complete with a little twist at the end....playing for a second time now....

so i just finished MGS4 for the second timelast nite, its still the best game and best looking game ive ever play on the ps3! i cant wait for MGS5 now, and maybe i should try the hard mode as well for the third run!

MGS5 will be out in XXX years from now..

Guys can i know approximately how long it takes to finish da story mode?inclusive of watching the clips as well...

depends on you. if you are good, you can finish it even under 2 hours.

if you are bad, well...

if including watching all the cutscenes.... i dont think 2 hours can complete even u r granted with Godly skill

1st time play through should be around 15-20 hours

avg 16 hrs.. with all the clips watched..1st timer.

normal play -big boss, 4 hrs+

pro play. 1 hr 40 mins plus.

oh shit hahaha, im gonna look for the big boss emblem! that looks sick! lol.

I do miss the hidden camos ala MGS3 tho'..

somehow, I wish MGS (dunno wether its still gonna be MGS or MGR) the next one I mean, will be set in the jungle. Sneaking in the jungle is awesome, and seeing HD Markhor would be awesome.
Return to Grozny Grad perhaps?Just returning to Shadow Moses is very very nostalgic..sad..
