2 bar is just a warning light!! 1 bar is less than 6 L ...

i bought my savy blue in 2005... have gone for the 80k repair n service..
after that, i found tht the engine gives a very noisy sound. changed the timing belt and the bearings as well. is it the engine electronic part thats giving the problem or?? could anyone help me.please...

right from the starting of the car already have this noise... its like the sound of moving bearings kinda of rusty...and on higher RPM it would be like its goin to blow..

I'm planning to get a 2nd hand Savvy AMT for city driving and will travel to other states 4 to 6 times a year.... I was wondering whether i can ask a few question here just to clear some doubt about this car. Thx

1) What is the service interval for Proton Savvy?? 5k? 10k?
2) Average service charges each time is how much??
3) Is the jerking problem on the car happen very often??
4) Can pull down the back seat for extra boot space?? ( I own a Perodua Kenari used to the boot space )

h-line is out of our budget... is there any rebate to take 2008 car??? are the defect too frequent and the maintanance too high??? as i now driving BLM, the power is the common thing to defect... thanks in returns for ur help guys...

Today I called up some used car dealers. I asked them if they take P.Savvy.
They replied, only if u trade in and get a car fr them otherwise they told me to look elsewhere.
For trade-in, a 05 Savvy they r willing to take @ rm18,000 only.

hi there..i'm new to lyn savvy club..i'm currently driving savvy amt 2006..m/l at 41k..apple green..its good to see a lots of +ve feedbacks here coz i almost give up on it until i found v2 and savoc.net...i'm going to change my gearbox oil and have a check on the tdc sensor this sat and see how thing goes..

should be those excess screws after assembling my car,they juz left there.

its not proper to say average speed at tis moment,cos i m praticing the
Motoman-break-in method in tis few hundred km........er...
or....i juz say it tis way....
i rev to 6k about 25times before the 1st filled at 438km,and about 15times
before the 2nd filled at 812km...
at federal highway i go at 80-110km/hr (non peak hr),
at kesas highway,i used to go at 80-150km/hr,and once tested to 160km/hr.
for the sack of breaking in the engine,i don drive constantly....

only now i started driving normally,at average about 100km/hr.

so far,didnt read any complaint of eng spoilt cos of tat....
my engine is now smooth,quiet,no leakage,juz like normal.

no..no..no..it means for new or juz overhauled four stroke engine.
by running it hard to set the piston & sealing ring nicely,so,as he claimed,can gain extra few horse power,
more lasting,smoother and better engine performance.
usually, u rev ur engine to 6k in 1st,2nd,3rd gear is easy,and tats enough,if u want to rev 4th gear to 6k,
a longer distance is required,5th gear???quite not possible...

went up to the peak of genting with mileage only 5000km, full load 5 people..

the result now after 90 000 km...people always praise my car's pickup and accleration.

Can I get some advise on the performance between the manual and AMT? in terms of fuel saving, stability at high speed ? thanks in advance.

tallying my petrol receipts.. travelling to penang at arn 100km/h manage to give me a very satisfying 16.5km/liter! almost hitting the magical 17km/l.
