guys,noob here
i got two 460w psu since both psu cannot support 4870x2 then can i use 2 psu in at the same time? one connect to mobo and hdd then other one only connect to 4870x2 does it work? |

Hi all.. Since the 4870 cards are able to flash to ASUS TOP bios.. do you think that if ASUS comes out with 4870X2 TOP edition, all the X2's can be flashed as well ?

m.. i think Asus have released the 4870x2 but still is normal edition, if got top edition then that is interesting too.

helo bro...i got a 4870x2 recently...wow my godness...its rili HOT ....
83c in idle mode...hw could it be ??? i add 2 12cm fan to blow it ...jz drop to 73-75c ... my rivatuner2.9 cant detect tis card...ani 3rd party software can control the 4870x2 fan speed ?? thanks |

just to tell you even u use 10x 120mm fans blow the card also no use la, because the fan in the original only run 27% so how much cool air it will suck into?

i tried to calculate. got 521watt...

according to some forums, this monster need for 12v rail need 41a for complete system. the Corsair TX750 PSU should more then enough to power this card up.
