in order to enter local uni, like UTM, u have to either take matrix or stpm.
for utm though, u may opt to take their diploma course from UTM KL

Erm, u apply it with your spm result.
If i not wrong, u apply using the UPU form as well. I'm not sure though...

Or if you are interested to be a pilot for the air force, you can try to apply into kolej tentera udara. They are using the same diploma aeronautical engineering syllabus like UTM Semarak.
But if you have no interest in the military career, better don't apply.

Iam looking forward to work in commercial airlines such as MAS, SIA and et cetera. So I need to know how can I apply for diploma in UTM KL and further degree in UTM Johor. Please advice on how to get the forms. Usually applications are out before or after spm?

diploma:

u can apply via UPU. i believe all UPU applications are online, but there's a specific window when u can apply. u need to buy the access from bank simpanan national or the post office to apply. once u've filled the forms online, ur application will be processed and submitted to UTM for considerations. applications are usually open the week the SPM results come out.

degree:

assuming u've graduated ur UTM diploma, u will apply via UPU as well, the same with applying with diploma, during the same time of the year.

we still have to work, but without classes, it's a whole lepak2 minum kopi all day long.
