so far what i had tried... clear CMOS.. the jumper changing thing (yes.. did a lot of time last time when i wont boot i clear once..) no help
reflashing bios (just done it.. no help.. and my OC settings are gone.. which my friend did for me.. now i have no idea no OC back...) no help
removing everything and reinstall back the hardware one by one... still no help..
so.... any more suggestion?

Request: since i flash bios and my OC settings are gone.. i was hoping sifu here can gimme some setting that i can try on...
i still got my screanie of my tpower but i dunno what to enable and what to disable..
i am running on E8600, 4gb corsair XMS2 DHX DDR2-800 4-4-4-12 2.1v ram, coolermaster real power pro 750w PSU, 4870 GC...
previously OCed to 4ghz 500X8

edit: previous settings pic

PS: Ocing now is a pain in the ass coz as u apply OC and the system shut off.. i have manually power off and wait for about a minute then power ONLY the motherboard will post... then actually see the OC success or fail... if fail... there goes... 3 retries... 3 minutes of manual power off and wait and power on..... pengsan.....

can somebody answer my question please......
my motherboard problem is when i shut it down and i need to need to wait for a long time b4 i can turn it on again... if i just power on right away after shut down... the motherboard wont post at all.. the number LED on the board wont show anything.
this is very troublesome for me to overclock my PC since every change of settings shuts it off and turn on again... everytime i have to manually turn off the power and wait for a certain amount of time b4 i can power it back on in order for it to post.....
should i send my board back for RMA or not
tried clear cmos.. tried reflash bios... same problem...
it was ok previously when i was using E2160.
it happens after i swap to E8600.
(i did forgot to plug in the 8pin atx power once and the mobo would on but wont post.. then i realize and plug back in. could this cause my mobo to gone mad?)

i tink ur case...u check ur bios setup..look at the o.n.e part..make sure its default...u mentioned about 8-pin...did u plug in 4 pin but did not plug in the other one? but i guess if u did not plug in the 8pin, it wouldnt cause d board mad, i had this experience...but not the shut down and on thgy
