my GPS without A-GPS fails to find a satellite 99% of the time... even after driving for an hour there is still no satellite lock... but I have gotten it to work with A-GPS once, and only one other time without A-GPS...

is anyone else here facing such problems with their E71's GPS?

Oh man, I'm so tempted to get this phone. It has everything I want, but I'm comparing it to SonyEricsson P900.

So it's the war between QWERT keyboard vs Touch screen. So brothers, convince me E71 beat P900 9 streets down the road tongue.gif Or anyone use P900 before ??

Locking a sat signal while driving is not a good way, bro.

Without A-GPS activated, is very difficult to get it locked. Therefore, I still kept my BT GPS to pair with E71

In my opinion, go get the celcom 3g d68 package, it provides wider coverage compared to other service providers.

Hi bro, thank you. Am very happy. Can you tell me how good or bad is the p1i. I'm thinking of changing my HTC Touch to a p1i. I carry 2 phones. The E71 is for work and the HTC is for personal. Is it worth changing to a p1i?

Well i'm using holux m1200 gps receiver to pair with my e71. Work flawlessly so far. You can get it from celcerv. He's one of the seller here.
