i think better use wd40...

Any 1 can share their knowledge abt bearings cleaning?

what i always do..u take a small bowl..plastic bowl..put the bearing..don't put all, let say 2 or 3 first..then, spray with wd40 till the liquid cover all the bearing..
wait till 1 hour then tadaa..ur bearing is fresh as new.. repeat proses for others..

Just spray it all and wait 1 hour,ur bearing becoming new.A can of WD40 is cheap right?about RM4-5..

no need to overturn coz the liquid already cover all the bearing..doesn't matter which side face up..good luck

btw during the marathon, will water be provided? Or have to carry our own water bottle?
