I found the solution by own testing rclxm9.gif
The problem that I meet early is turn on wifi and can't search any wifi connection event my own modem, after I try few round and the last thing I do is change the SSID name without any "space" between 2 words, then the Iphone just search my modem &..... Online rclxm9.gif.

Hi, I recently upgraded my US set 3G iPhone to firmware 3.1.2, after the upgrade, the iPhone failed to detect any wifi network at all, i've tried at different places and time but to no avail. Resetting the network settings did not help either sad.gif. Any recommendation guys?

Hey guys, I have a question would like to ask:
If I'm connecting the WiFi, but I didn't do any web surfing, is it will drain my battery more faster?

Allow me to answer by asking a question.....if you switch on your TV but are not watching it, will be consume energy? May be pedantic but should give you a clue.

for those whose can't see any wifi addresses after upgrading/jailbreaking 3.1.2, try this method:

1) turn off your phone

2) open itunes on pc

3) while itunes open, connect iphone to your computer

your iphone should bot after that. after booting, the wifi probelm should be no more.. well, at least it worked for me.
