@N82omnia, dun wan GPS is fine, but dun expect PDA cam quality to be good. Since it seems u got a lot of office stuff, i recommend qwerty device. U should consider either second hand HTC Tytn2 or second hand Dopod 838pro. PDA video cam sucks. period. the framerate cannot match nokia.

if u dun mind non Touch screen, i STRONGLY recommend HTC s740, brand new.

x1 not so stable but HD is more stable

ok i get it now .. you could have just said a pyhsical keyboard for the pda anyway my answer is no .. any recommendations? isnt the Touch Diamond more than my budge limit? its about max 2.5k

what sort of flaw? well yes the processor slower but do u play games, videos?

the specs sheet may look better than diamond but my dealer (I recently purchased a Touch Pro), told me HTC Touch Flo if u use it a lot easier to use than Asus and also a lot more stable.

Looking at the processor is not good enough. other things to consider is 3D and 2D acceleration. Diamond has it. I'm not sure if that asus has it. and for what we already have for PDAs, 400mhz is already enough as long as it has 3D and 2D acceleration. those faster processors u'll hardly ever notice the difference unless u do EXTREME HARDCORE GAMING. So mostly if u have a pda with super high Mhz, it just gives u boasting rights, no real benefits. cuz nothing really needs that high Mhz

i read around and saw Diamond suffers from low battery life + heats up when long usage.... touch pro has the same symptom?

As HD is out of my budget range and Im looking at VGA screens, do I get the diamond or touch pro....qwerty keyboard is not important to me...

I use a touch pro it does heat up but battery life is better on Touch Pro (1340mAh) compared to TOuch Diamond (900mAh)

But remember both phones suck battery cos of the VGA screen....

budget is below 3k...wanna replace my dopod 577w...looking at doing some GPS with the phone + taking a better picture (compare with my 1.3MP on 577w).... if diamond or TP suck at battery life...touch 3G? but touch 3g is with qvga + the camera is fixed focus...

yeah well pros and cons of vga screen I guess....

well HD is falling pretty quickly maybe u want to wait til it go down to below 3k
